Tuff Leadership Training is a comprehensive programme in coaching leadership, the kind of leadership that assumes employees can perform much greater tasks than they are normally entrusted with. The course is immersive and designed to drastically change your leadership style through practical exercises rather than learning theory.
In this course you will discover how you can:

Practical, everyday training
It is important for your development as a leader to be aware of your pitfalls and strengths. Tuff Leadership Training Step 1 – Leading Individuals is designed to be practical training rather than teaching theoretical models.
You will take part in realistic role-plays, get plenty of feedback and find new and more effective ways of dealing with the challenges you are grappling with.
By the end of the course, you will have a host of new tools you can apply immediately back at work.
Tuff Leadership Training, Step 1 consists of four days of intense training
The course starts with two consecutive days covering the basics of a coaching leadership approach. This is followed by a month’s gap in which you can practice your new skills. Then you will experience two more days of tools and in-depth training.

Carl-Erik Herlitz
Carl Erik is one of the founders of Tuff Leadership Training AB, a training and consultancy
company in Sweden. Carl Erik works as a leadership trainer and coach.
Carl Erik has been leading leadership programmes for more than 18 years, has trained more than 1500 managers in an involving coaching leadership style, and has more than 5000 coaching hours behind him.
Carl Erik has led training all over the world in such different cultures as China, Japan, Russia, Mexico, US, and Dubai. He regularly leads courses in Amsterdam, London and Helsinki. He also leads seminars and workshops around leadership, motivation, change and feedback.
He is certified in The Human Element, Beyond Conflict, Non-Violent Communication and Core Quality Quadrant. Carl Erik has also a background in law as an associate professor in criminal law at the University of Uppsala, Sweden.
