Benefits of The Training

This training lasts for 4 day, with an intense Leading SAFe Training on the first 2 days. .This objective is to prepare the SAFe Program Consultants (SPC) to provide the Leading SAFe Training and to certify the SAFe Agilist (SA) after receiving the certifications. In addition, you will acquire the information required to realize the corporate agile transformation using the product development processes with the Scaled Agile Framewok and the lean mindset underlying it. You will leave the training having learned how the framework’s principles and practices support Agile Teams, Agile Programs, Agile Program Portfolio Management and Agile Architects.

On the next 2 days, you will acquire the required knowledge for determining, setting and implementing SAFe at program level with Agile Release Train. Moreover, you will get the necessary briefings, works and templates to determine the flow of value , preparing the organization, starting the agile programs, planning and executing the main activities, implementing the processes effectively, and evaluating the continuous program improvements.
