We’d better start by saying “human” is not a “resource”. Simply considering specialists in today’s business life who require high concentration, motivation and creativity as a “resource” is just like seeing these persons as “battery people” who are identical to each other and who can fully replace each other as in the Matrix movie.

Kanban’s first basic rule says; use the existing system first. (start with what you have/do right now). I think it’s a simple and respectful rule.
Question everything: this doctrine is adopted by the Kanban community which I follow, with the slogan “No Dogma”, leaving the door open to different ideas to open the way for the community to improve itself.
In the software, Kanban aims to accelerate the workflow in the value chain. For this purpose, process steps are determined, flow is visualized, operation rules are determined, flow is monitored, bottlenecks are determined and actions are taken to overcome them and improvements are made.
Every Sprint in Scrum is a project of its own. The target is to achieve a goal in each Sprint, which is a short time period. This goal, which we also call the Sprint Goal, is actually the team’s main direction consisting of a combination of jobs that the Scrum Team adds into the Sprint.
When you start practicing the Kanban method in software development, there are two important metrics to be measured, Lead Time and Cycle Time. In the simplest term, Lead Time corresponds to the total time it takes from receiving a demand to realizing or delivering that demand, while Cycle Time corresponds to the period from the beginning to the end of that work.
