Therefore any practice that does not put &#8220;people&#8221; in the very center of everything may contradict with Agility at some point. From this standing, perhaps leaders can start by asking themselves the following questions:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>Is the purpose of the organization I work for meaningful and people-oriented?<\/li>\n<li>Does my team really understand the purpose and internalize its meaning?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I believe that it is possible for an organization to truly focus on the customer it serves via its products &amp; services if and only if these conditions are met.
