After graduating from Middle East Technical University Civil Engineering Department in 1996, he worked in various positions from software specialist to division head at T. \u0130\u015f Bankas\u0131 and Akbank for nearly 25 years. Throughout this entire career, he led multiple software projects\/ teams, corporate architecture, software processes, DEVOPS, and test automation subjects. He began to work on Agile methodologies in 2006, and since then he has tried to spread the word both in his company and in other sectors. After 2014, he led the enterprise agile transformation of Akbank IT. There he founded Agile Studio and contributed to the training of many agile coaches.<\/p>\n

Joining ACM Agile as of April 2021, Burak is among the founders of both the RestartLab platform, which questions the current ways of doing business and aims to redefine \u201cwork\u201d, and also RestartUp, which provides organizational consultancy for the healthy growth of startups.<\/p>\n

He is married and is the father of two little monsters named Batuhan and Defne.<\/p>\n
