Upon graduation from Istanbul Mimar Sinan University Sociology Department, Alk\u0131m started her career in Human Resources which had then turned out to be a passion for her as she focused on recruitment.<\/p>\n
Since 2003, she has worked in many big local and global companies like Adecco, Dogan Media Holding, Avea ( formerly Turkish Telecom) and British American Tobacco. Alk\u0131m has been working as a Global Technical Recruitment Consultant for mostly IT clients across the globe for more than 10 years. She is also a career coach of data science students of European Leadership University of Amsterdam since 2018.<\/p>\n
Alk\u0131m’s Agile journey started back in 2010 with Agile Training provided by ACM Agile while she has\u00a0been working at Avea where she could also find the opportunity to experience organizational\u00a0Agile Transformation.\u00a0Alk\u0131m holds a PSM-I certificate.
