Agile Coaches, who have the biggest impact on all changes from the individual level to the organizational level, play a key role in the organizations\u2019 agile transformation journey.<\/h2><\/div>
Hence, it is important for Agile Coaches to evaluate themselves and improve their competencies in their transformation journey.<\/div><\/div>

With this in mind, Deniz Uluda\u011f<\/a> and Bar\u0131\u015f Bal<\/a> decided to conduct this study in order to point out both the importance of the role and such negative aspects.<\/p>\n

Deniz Uluda\u011f and Bar\u0131\u015f Bal, from ACM Agile Consultants, developed a questionnaire based on \u201cThe Agile Coaching Growth Wheel\u201d which is developed by Shannon Carter; Rickard Jones; Martin Lambert; Stacey Louie; Tom Reynolds; Andre Rubin Santos; Kubair Shirazee; Rohit Ratan; John Barratt; Helen Meek, and Mark Summers.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe Agile Coach Competencies Report\u201d is created with participation of 95 Agile Coach in Turkey.
