Melike Ak \u015eahin has graduated from Bo\u011fazi\u00e7i University Industrial Engineering department in 2008. She has masters degree on MBA – Marketing Management at Yeditepe University. For 13+ years she has worked in different roles as Product Manager and Agile Coach at Avea, Turkcell, Vodafone, Garanti BBVA, Ko\u00e7 Holding.<\/p>\n
She has met with Agile concepts in her Vodafone career. She worked for scaling Agile approaches across Vodafone Turkey and Vodafone Group companies and pioneered for the first business tribe (Digital) roll out at Vodafone Turkey. She has launched Agile Studio at Garanti BBVA and undertaken the role as BBVA Turkey Agile Country Manager. She worked for crafting Agile way of working scaling strategy across Ko\u00e7 Group Companies and supported the companies for their transformation journey.<\/p>\n
