    \u2022 Leading the content development efforts, design and user experience of our web sites and mobile apps<\/p>\n

    \u2022 Turbo-charging our social media presence in a creative and engaging manner<\/p>\n

    \u2022 Building and maintaining a customer database to re-structure our CRM efforts<\/p>\n

    \u2022 Creating new channels to engage and extend agile community in Turkey, region and beyond<\/p>\n

    • Re-defining “ACM Experience” of our customers via:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      \u2022 Drawing customer journey and identifying areas with a growth mindset and “can do attitude”<\/p>\n

      \u2022 Re-designing and re-purposing each and every customer-facing material including presentations, workshop materials…etc<\/p>\n

      \u2022 Pro-actively seeking for good practices across the globe and transfer the inspiration in forms of experimentation<\/p>\n

      \u2022 Urging ACMers and leading efforts to create new means to relentlessly refine the customer experience<\/p>\n

      • Reporting, monitoring and analyzing ongoing performance through:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        \u2022 Preparing simple and user-friendly monthly reports to reveal individual \/ team \/ product \/ service level performance<\/p>\n

        \u2022 Transforming data into meaningful knowledge by squeezing out insights and coming with ideas to develop our business<\/p>\n

        \u2022 Looking at trends and coming up with meaningful conclusions to provide strategic guidance<\/p>\n
