She completed the Harvard Extension School Technology Leadership program in order to develop herself in the field of technology leadership. In 2007, she started her career in Garanti Technology as Product and Version Management Specialist in Architecture Department and continued her career in Yap\u0131 Kredi Bank as IT Methodologies and Quality Specialist in Architecture Department.<\/p>\n<p>Since 2015, she has worked as an Enterprise Agile Coach within the Agile team leading Yap\u0131 Kredi Agile Transformation. During transformation, she gave Agile &amp; Scrum trainings.
