He is an industrial engineer, graduated from Y\u0131ld\u0131z Technical University at 2007. After having experiences in IT and Consultancy companies around 3 years, he worked at Ziraat Technology for over 8 years. He started as a Business Analyst then he became an Agile Coach in 2015 and DevOps manager in 2016 as he started to lead the Ziraat Technology\u2019s core banking transformation.<\/p>\n
Then he was transferred to Vodafone Turkey for coaching the Vodafone Turkey’s transformation into an Agile Organization and worked as a Product Owner of the “Agile Transformation Squad” consisting of internal and external Agile Coaches and necessary organizational roles to achieve Vodafone Turkey’s transformation.<\/p>\n
He has the full stack experience both as a consultant and as an internal leader who leads the agile transformation of 2 of the biggest IT and Telco companies in Turkey.<\/p>\n
Now he changed his career route to United Kingdom for seeking continuous improvement for his skills and continuous delivery of his experience in another country, another culture.<\/p>\n
