Alper is an enthusiastic and curious Agile consultant, coach, and trainer (PST, Kanban) with a growth mindset. He has an engineering background and holds an MBA degree.<\/p>\n

Being in Agile space since 2006 makes him an early adaptor of Agile way of working. Alper implemented Scrum internally in 3 different organisations after which he \u2018s been working on different large scale Agile transformation projects as an external consultant in various industries. He has trained more than 1000+ people, coached many teams and individuals at different organisational levels(including C levels).<\/p>\n

Alper uses different Agile methods, practises, frameworks(Scrum, Kanban, Nexus, Less, Lean Startup, Spoitfy Model) for maximising Agility for organisations.<\/p>\n

His engagements and services are not limited with IT\/software but include different business functions such as HR, marketing, purchasing and sales teams etc.<\/p>\n

Alper puts “Business Agility” as his primary objective while consulting organisations.[\/vc_column_text]
